You already know how to eat well, but lack motivation? You are not alone. Rarely do people stay motivated without help, tools or other's support.
Motivational conferences and exchanging tricks from other Minçavi group members are a strength that should not be underestimated.
What else is more educating then socializing with people that are living the same realities as us, or that have already lost their excess weight? Laugh with them, meet new people or simply sit and listen to our weekly conference can only help you on your journey. Come by and energize yourself for those difficult times at home.
If we only had one suggestion to give you : participate in our meetings, they will give you wings!
