Our programs
For men and women who want to lose weight
Minçavi invites it’s members to adopt a healthy lifestyle by promoting healthy eating habits. Miracle diets have never given long term, positive results. This is why Minçavi does not recommend deprivation or any destructive method. Our dietary program is balanced and varied and can be easily adapted to today’s realities. Minçavi suggests to it’s members to work on their eating habits, their relationship with food, as well as the emotional and environmental factors that effect them. That is why we hold weekly meetings that have motivation as the main theme. In order to help people with different needs, we have created 5 different weight loss programs, varying from 1400 calories to 2000 calories daily. The appropriate program will be determined according to your age, sex, BMI and physical activity. For men and women worried about their health
